Our Return Policy...
We do our very best to ensure you get the design you are looking for at a fair price. We will not do an order without your complete consent first.
Step 1: We get your request, and you either supply us with the artwork or we are asked to do this for you at an additional cost.
Step 2: We will do a sample of your request on a product you wish to purchase, and send you a digital image of that completed designed product for your approval.
Step 3: Once you sign off on the design, we then will complete your order only after we have received full payment prior to completing your order.
Step 4: A completed order is then sent by Express Post through Canada Post to your preferred location.
Step 5: There is NO RETURN or REFUND on any order at this point. If an order is lost or stolen after it is dropped off with Canada Post, we assume NO LIABILITY for anything beyond our control,
